Can I return a machine if it doesn't work out?

Machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. If a machine arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll coordinate a replacement or repair through the manufacturer at no cost to you. Warranty claims after the 30-day return window go through the manufacturer directly.

What's included with a machine purchase?

All machines ship fully assembled and configured, ready to plug in and operate. QinGo units include AI Dynamic Recognition cashless payment systems, remote monitoring, and basic warranty coverage from the manufacturer. Non-members who purchase a machine receive one free month of Vending Circle membership (Standard tier) to access setup walkthroughs and troubleshooting support specific to their machine model.
